Configuring column display in PowerUser

The columns that are displayed on the Objects and Where Used property pages in PowerUser can be easily configured using Meridian Enterprise navigation views.

To configure the columns:

In Meridian Enterprise Configurator, click Vault Settings and then click the AMM User Interface tab. The currently configured navigation views appear.
Click the Edit button. The options become editable.
Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Option	Description
Use the column definitions of the following navigation view when displaying documents	Shows the properties that are assigned to levels of the selected navigation view as the columns when viewing lists of linked documents. The property filters of this view can be applied when users set the Enable filtering option when they search for documents to link to objects as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Asset Management Module User's Guide. To enable this functionality, the following conditions must be met: The Advanced Project Workflow Module must be enabled for the vault properties in Meridian Enterprise Administrator. In Meridian Enterprise Configurator, in the Environment branch of the configuration tree, on the Application Link Settings page, on the Application Integration tab, create a section named [AMMCUSTOM], add a setting to it named TagsInProject and set the setting to 1 as in the following example. [AMMCUSTOM] TagsInProject=1 The direction of the references must be from the objects to the documents.
Use the column definitions of the following navigation view when displaying objects	Shows the properties that are assigned to levels of the selected navigation view as the columns when viewing lists of linked objects. The property filters of this view can be applied when users set the Enable filtering option when they search for documents to link to objects as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Asset Management Module User's Guide. To enable this functionality, the same conditions must be met as shown for the preceding option.
AutoCAD tag synchronization reports document type	The document type to assign to reports that are generated by AutoCAD drawing tag synchronization.

Click OK to save your changes.

Note The view named Default View displays the default column structure.
